With Fourth of July right around the corner, we figured we would highlight some of Seaport Real Estate’s favorite rooftop bars and restaurants. These elevated atmospheres provides great views of Savannah’s river, architecture, and maybe even some holiday fireworks!

1. Rocks on the Roof

Rocks on the Roof is a swanky hangout on the top floor of The Bohemian Hotel, with some of the best views of the Savannah River and Talmadge Bridge. In case of rain, there is plenty seating, but the prime seats are at one of the tables or couches on the outdoor wrapping deck. Rocks on the Roof offers a fire pit, live entertainment, specialty drinks, and a “classy” version of several American comforts (don’t miss the truffle fries). Here you will have a prime view of the River Street fireworks celebration.

2. Top Deck

Top Deck is next door neighbors to Rocks on the Roof, sitting on the top floor of the Cotton Sail Hotel, offering small tapas type plates and craft cocktails. With panoramic views of the city, including Bay Street, Broughton Street, and the Talmadge Bridge. This is the perfect spot to watch River Street’s firework show!

3. Churchill’s Pub

Churchill’s Pub may not provide you with views of the Savannah River, but their rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the Fourth of July holiday. The space is both airy and intimate, making it a pleasant place to spend the afternoon. Churchill’s serves a variety of craft beers and offers a full bar menu, as well as classic pub fare.

4. Local 11 Ten’s Perch

Local 11 Ten’s Perch is a great spot to escape to during the Fourth of July hustle and bustle and enjoy a cocktail. It’s close proximity to Forsyth Park makes it a prime people watching.

The Public Kitchen & Bar’s rooftop area overlooks the scenic landscape of Bull and Liberty Street, offering refined Southern cuisine with a French twist, and incredible cocktails.
